Cancelling your order to be eligible for a cancelation of an order with a refund, your item must not be processed yet in our fulfilment process.
To get your refund, please cancel your order, you can contact us at EMAIL ADDRESS. Please state:
- Your Full Name
- Your STORE Order number.
- Your e-mail address used on the order for verification
If your order has not been processed yet, we’ll send you a full refund of your payment. You can always contact us for any cancellation questions at EMAIL ADDRESS . Requests are handled in the order they are received, we can only handle order cancellations if the customer support agent handling your support request has identified your order as not fulfilled yet. We’re unable to roll back processed orders. For actions beyond this point please follow our return process.
