Cancelling Your Order
We want your experience with TeddyChamps to be perfect. If you'd like to cancel your order, we're here to help, but timing is key!
How Cancellations Work
Orders are processed quickly once they're placed. Most cancellations can be handled within 24–48 hours of order placement, depending on when your order was placed and our fulfilment volume. However, the pick and pack process often moves very fast, so we recommend reaching out as soon as possible.
Good news: Depending on how far your order has progressed through our fulfilment process, we may be able to offer a partial cancellation of specific items.
How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel or partially cancel your order, email us right away at:

- Your full name as on the order
- Your order number (TC-XXXXX) 4-5 digits.
- Your email address used on the order (for verification)
Refunds & Processing Times
If we're able to cancel your order before it's been fulfilled, we'll process a full refund of your payment.
Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account How Long Will It Take Shopify To Refund My Customer?, depending on your bank's processing times. Here's how it works:
- We'll confirm your cancellation immediately and submit the refund to your payment method
- Your bank then processes the refund on their end
- Processing times vary by bank, but you can typically expect to see the funds within 5–10 business days
What Happens After Fulfilment?
Once your order has been picked, packed, or shipped, unfortunately we can't cancel it. But don't worry! You can still return it once you receive it. Check out our Returns Policy to learn more about your options.
