Minimum Order Requirements

To ensure a reliable partnership, we require the following:

  • Minimum Opening Order: $2,500 USD
  • Minimum Re-Orders: $1500 USD
  • Minimum Quantity per SKU: 2 units

Interested in consignment? We offer consignment opportunities on a case-by-case basis with negotiated terms. If you'd like to explore this option, please mention it in your application and include your company vision and local regulatory information for our consideration.

 

Shipping & Freight

Our products are currently stocked in Asia. We offer flexible freight solutions to meet your needs:

  • Sea freight and air freight options are available
  • Freight can be arranged and managed by either TeddyChamps or your organization
  • Estimated delivery times will be provided upon order confirmation

 

Physical Retail Display

For brick-and-mortar locations, we offer custom retail display configurations tailored to your space and needs. These options can be discussed during the approval process.

 

Online Marketplace Policy

To protect the TeddyChamps brand and ensure quality representation worldwide, retailers wishing to sell our products on online marketplaces must apply for approval. This approval covers product listing rights and authorized usage of TeddyChamps intellectual property. All online retailers must have a signed MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) Agreement in place.

 

Required Business Documents

To apply for a wholesale account, please prepare the following documents based on your local jurisdiction:

  • Proof of Business Registration
  • Tax Registration Documentation (as required in your region)
  • Signed MAP Agreement (for online retailers)

Consignment Inquiries

If interested in exploring consignment opportunities, please include the following in your application:

  • Your company statistics and business guidelines on consignments
  • Local regulatory and tax requirements for your jurisdiction
  • Any relevant certifications or compliance documentation

Our team will evaluate your request and discuss customized terms that work for both parties.
