Whether you're a retailer, bookstore, learning center, or children's lifestyle store — we’d love to partner with you! Through the TeddyChamps Wholesale Program, we make it easy for you to bring our beloved educational products into your store and help more children discover the joy of learning.

Minimum Order Requirements
To ensure a smooth and consistent supply experience, we require the following:

  • Minimum Opening Order: $250
  • Minimum Re-Orders: $200
  • Minimum Quantity per SKU: 3 units

Shipping & Freight
We do our best to keep shipping simple and transparent:

  • Freight Cap: 10% of your order total
  • Note: For Alaska, Hawaii, and remote areas, the freight cap is 20%

All items are shipped from our main distribution center. Estimated delivery time will be provided upon confirmation of your order.

Online Retail Policy
To protect the integrity of the TeddyChamps brand and customer experience:
We do not permit the resale of TeddyChamps products on Amazon or other large-scale online marketplaces.
We do encourage sales via your own website or boutique e-commerce platform. A MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) Agreement is required for all online resellers.

To apply for a wholesale account, please prepare the following documents:

  • A valid Tax Resale Certificate
  • Business Registration License (according to your local regulations)
  • Signed MAP Agreement (for online retailers)
