3. Shipping Costs & Taxes
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method.
- International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
- BRAND NAME is not responsible for any additional fees imposed upon arrival.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with tracking details.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.

5. Address Changes & Order Modifications

- We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee modifications once the order has been processed for shipping.
6. Cancellations & Accidental Orders
- Orders may be canceled within the constraints mentioned the Cancelation policy.
- Once an order has been processed or is in processing, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return upon receipt.
7. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.
- Certain items may be restricted from shipping to specific countries due to local regulations. If an issue arises, we will notify you promptly.
8. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
- BRAND NAME is not liable for lost or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. For this we can open up a claim with the selecting shipping line.
- Lost shipments are investigated by our customer support team. In case that there is a delivery notification or any other instance where a package is expected to be delivered you may be asked to file a complaint with local law enforcement notifying them of the theft of the shipment. We can progress with our resolution after a copy of this complaint has been shared with our customer support team.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and notify us at EMAIL ADDRESS. - If your tracking number shows your order as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with neighbours, your building's front desk, or local postal services before reaching out to us.
- BRAND NAME is not liable for orders that do not have correct or complete address details. Fill in the information as detailed as possible during the placement of your order to prevent issues. Orders with incorrect details may be prone to delays or losses if it’s identified as such by the selected shipping line in the destination location.
9. International Shipping
- We ship to a select list of international countries.
- Customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes imposed by their local customs authorities. We do our best to prepare all customs information as is required for the shipping location. Any additional details that are requested by local authorities like ID numbers, SSN details or phone numbers will be requested from you if we receive such requests from our fulfilment partners.
- Failure to comply with instructions from your local authorities may result in failure to delivery or lost of the packages. You’re not entitled to ANY REFUND in this case.
- Delivery times and shipping rates vary based on destination. They will be calculated during the check out process.
