We want you to know exactly where your TeddyChamps bear is at every step of its journey!
Tracking Your Shipment
All TeddyChamps orders include tracking information. Once your order ships, you'll receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with:
- Your tracking number
- The name of your shipping carrier
- A direct link to track your package
Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to become active in the carrier's system.
How to Track Your Order
You have two easy ways to track your shipment:
Option 1: Use the Carrier's Website
Click the tracking link in your Shipment Confirmation Email, or visit the shipping carrier's website directly and enter your tracking number. Common carriers include:
- DHL
- FedEx
- UPS
- Royal Mail
- Australia Post
- And others depending on your region
Option 2: Use AfterShip
Visit aftership.com/track and enter your tracking number. This platform works with most major shipping carriers worldwide and provides real-time updates in one convenient place.
What Your Tracking Status Means
- Order Processed: Your order has been picked and packed
- Picked Up: Your package has been collected by the carrier
- In Transit: Your package is on its way to you
- Out for Delivery: Your package is on the delivery truck
- Delivered: Your package has arrived at your address
Tracking Delays
In rare cases, tracking information may be delayed or temporarily unavailable. This is usually temporary and doesn't affect your delivery. If your tracking number doesn't update within 48 hours, please contact us at hello@teddychamps.com.
If Your Package Doesn't Arrive
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package:
- Check with neighbours, your building's front desk, or local postal services
- Wait 5 business days for the package to arrive
- Contact us at hello@teddychamps.com with your tracking number if still missing
